Justin Craig is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides strategic and financial advice to consumer and retail clients with a focus on food and beverage. He has extensive investment banking experience, with expertise in advising public and private companies spanning a broad spectrum of consumer and retail sectors, including food and beverage, consumer discretionary, pet, optical, and auto services. Justin has originated and executed a range of transactions throughout the corporate lifecycle and across disciplines, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, IPOs, debt and equity capital raising, shareholder defense, and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Justin was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he led the food investment banking practice. He holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michele has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry as both a banker and an executive, leading multiple banking and management roles at Moelis & Company, including COO of Global Advisory.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Michele worked at UBS Investment Bank, where she advised clients on M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other equity and debt transactions. Before UBS, she was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Michele holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. She served on the Board of Directors of Pacific Mercantile Bancorp and as a Board Member of the Hollywood Hills West Council.

Before his investment banking career, he was a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. Tarik graduated magna cum laude with a B.Com. (Honors) in Finance from the University of Ottawa and holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is a member of the Anderson Honor Society.

Augusto Sasso is a Managing Director and serves as Global Head of Capital Markets and Global Head of Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGLL) and Consumer & Retail at Moelis & Company. Augusto has nearly 30 years of diversified investment banking and real estate experience, having completed numerous high-profile M&A transactions, joint venture partnerships, equity and debt financings, leveraged buyouts, and restructurings with both U.S. and international clients.
Augusto has extensive experience building and managing investment banking franchises at Moelis & Company. He joined the Firm at its inception and was instrumental in establishing and leading Moelis & Company’s Middle East Investment Banking Group. Augusto has been based in Los Angeles, Dubai, London, New York, and Dallas.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Augusto was an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and a real estate investor with Preservation Partners Development. Before that, he held corporate finance and business development positions with Raytheon Company and Hughes Electronics. Augusto holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated first in his class, magna cum laude, with an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.
Kenneth A. Viellieu

Kenneth Viellieu is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the consumer, retail, distribution, and leisure sectors. He has over 40 years of investment banking experience, advising clients across multiple sectors on a broad range of advisory services, including strategic mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings, and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ken was Head of Midwest Investment Banking at Bear Stearns and previously Head of the Chicago office for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He holds a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an M.B.A. from the Booth School at the University of Chicago. Ken currently serves as a board member of the Big Shoulders Fund in Chicago and as a director of the Lurie Children’s Foundation. He also serves as a member of the Dean’s Council at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
