Roger Knight is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the enterprise software sector. Roger has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry advising infrastructure software and security clients on M&A and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Roger was a Senior Managing Director at SVB Securities. He was previously a founding member of Pacific Crest Securities’ M&A group leading up to and through Pacific Crest’s acquisition by KeyBanc Capital Markets. Previously, he held investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank, Oppenheimer, Lincoln International and WR Hambrecht. Roger holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He currently serves as Vice Chair of Regis High School’s Board of Trustees.
