Richard Orders is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients across the Asia Pacific region. Richard has over 25 years of investment banking experience, with deep expertise in originating and executing multi-jurisdiction mandates across the full spectrum of corporate finance matters. Having advised clients on many notable and defining transactions in the region, Richard was instrumental in expanding the Firm’s presence in the Asia Pacific.
Prior to Moelis & Company Richard was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Advisers (“APA”). Before that, he was a Managing Director in the RBS/ABN AMRO group in Asia Pacific and Vice Chairman and Head of Global Clients Asia Pacific for ABN AMRO. Richard started his career at Barings Investment Bank where he held several roles including Managing Director and Head of Asia Investment Banking in addition to working in the firm’s Australia and London offices. Richard holds a B.A. with honours degree from the University of Oxford.

Julien Oussadon is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises clients in the technology sector, with a focus on application and vertical software, as well as fintech, data and information services. Julien has over 20 years of experience advising high-growth and established technology companies on a broad range of strategic transactions, including public and private M&A, as well as IPOs and growth financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Julien was a Managing Director at Harris Williams in the Technology investment banking group where he led its European practice. He was previously a TMT investment banker at UBS and began his career in the M&A group at Société Générale in Paris. Julien holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

Mayank Pagaria is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising corporate and financial sponsor clients in India. Mayank has extensive experience executing a wide variety of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, private financing and equity capital markets deals across a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mayank worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley. He holds a B. Com. with honors from Calcutta University and an M.B.A. in finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Bash Parameswaran is a Managing Director and Senior Business Manager at Moelis & Company where he leads the U.S. Business Manager team, focusing on U.S. group management and Firm coordination around business and client opportunities. Bash has worked as an operations executive in the investment banking industry for over 20 years.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bash was the Business Manager for the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Citigroup. He also previously worked at National Starch & Chemical as part of the Accounting Systems and International Accounting Groups. Bash holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.

Will Peters is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on clients in the tech, media, and telecom sectors, specializing in communications infrastructure and FinTech. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Will worked at Barclays where he was a Managing Director and a senior member of the firm’s tech, media, and telecom coverage team in London.
Prior to starting his investment banking career at Barclays, he spent six years in the British Army, serving with the 1st Battalion, The Duke of Wellington’s Regiment in Europe and the Middle East. Will holds an M.A. with honours in Modern History from The University of St Andrews.

Dominick Petrosino is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Capital Markets Advisory. Dom has over 25 years of investment banking experience, having advised clients across a wide range of industries on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and other complex capital structure matters.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Dom was Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets at Bear Stearns, where he led a business specializing in capital structure solutions, including underwriting, structuring, and executing leveraged loans, high yield notes, and mezzanine financings. Before that, he was a Vice President in High Yield Corporate Finance at Chase Securities. Dom holds a B.S. from New York University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College.

Douglas Pierson is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the Industrials sector, with a particular focus on Metals & Mining. Doug has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience with extensive expertise on a wide range of M&A transactions, as well as equity and debt-related financings across the sector.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Doug was the Global Head of Metals & Mining and the Americas Head of the Industrials Group at Credit Suisse based out of New York City. Prior to his time at Credit Suisse, Doug was a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. Doug holds a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Kate Pilcher Ciafone

Kate Pilcher Ciafone is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Moelis & Company where she is responsible for the Firm’s global strategy and operations. She previously served as the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking where she led business management and other corporate functions. Kate has over 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry both as a banker and as an operating executive.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Kate worked in the office of the CEO and President at UBS Investment Bank where she helped analyze growth opportunities and develop strategy for the firm. She began her career as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and raising equity and debt financing.
In 2025, Kate was named to Barron’s annual list of the 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance, which recognizes top leaders who have made a significant impact in the financial industry. She serves on the Board of Directors of MA Financial Group Limited (ASX: MAF) and the Board of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club. Kate was also a David Rockefeller Fellow through the Partnership for New York City. She holds a B.S. in Commerce with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Rick Polhemus is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he leads the U.S. Business Services franchise and co-leads the Clean Technology Group. Rick has over 25 years of investment banking experience originating and executing transactions for growth companies throughout their corporate lifecycle including M&A, leveraged buyouts, IPOs, and debt and equity capital raising. His Services industry expertise spans a range of sub-sectors including environmental, infrastructure, industrial, utility, and commercial services. Additionally, within Clean Technology, Rick has extensive experience covering electrification, mobility, grid transformation, and circular economy business models.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rick was a Managing Director and Head of West Region Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where he led coverage of the environmental, industrial, and infrastructure services sectors as well as several areas of energy transition, most notably electrification and grid services. Before that, he was a Managing Director in the Industrials and Technology Groups at J.P. Morgan, where he was instrumental in establishing the firm’s coverage efforts in the industrial growth sector, including early innovation in clean energy, in addition to several adjacent subsectors. Rick started his investment banking career at Hambrecht & Quist. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Pomona College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Matthew Prest is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe at Moelis & Company. Matthew has over 25 years of financial restructuring experience advising companies, financial sponsors, secured lenders and bondholders. Additionally, he has provided clients with other investment banking services including raising debt and equity finance for distressed and non-distressed companies. He has performed key advisory roles in some of the most high-profile, sensitive and complex situations in EMEA and Asia.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Matthew was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Restructuring team at Close Brothers Corporate Finance. Before that, Matthew was a Director of Restructuring at M&G Investment Management and a Senior Manager in the restructuring team at KPMG. Matthew is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a B.A. in History from the University of Warwick.

Chris has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience with extensive expertise in originating and executing strategic M&A mandates across a broad range of industries.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Chris held various investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank, including Head of UK M&A and Head of Sponsor M&A for EMEA. He started his career in the Corporate Finance Group at Deutsche Bank. Chris holds a first class honours BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.

Vincent Ragosta is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Private Funds Advisory. He has extensive experience in originating and developing global strategic mandates, including capital raising, secondary market and other independent advisory services for private fund sponsors and limited partners.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Vincent was a Managing Director on the North American fund placement team at Campbell Lutyens. Previously he held roles at UBS Investment Bank, SMBC Nikko Securities America and Shumway Capital Partners. He began his career as a CPA at both Ernst & Young and KPMG. Vincent holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Accounting from The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.

Jeff Raich is a Co-Founder and Co-President at Moelis & Company, where he plays a key role in managing the investment banking business and driving strategic growth initiatives for the Firm. He has also been instrumental in building the Firm’s private equity and M&A business globally. Under his leadership, the franchises have advised on more than 400 assignments globally, representing over $700 billion in value. Jeff has over 35 years of investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jeff was the Joint Global Head of M&A at UBS Investment Bank, where he established UBS’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. While at UBS, he was a member of the UBS Investment Bank Board, the UBS Global Management Committee and the Investment Banking Department Americas Executive Committee and was Co-Head of Investment Banking Los Angeles. Before UBS, Jeff was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Jeff began his investment banking career at PaineWebber.
Jeff holds a B.S. with Distinction in Commerce from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia, a Board Member of the UCLA Health System and Co-Chair of the Lung Health Advisory Board at UCLA. Jeff also serves on The Posse Foundation National Board of Directors and the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research (FSR) Board of Directors.

Swati has almost 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience with extensive expertise advising on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as capital markets healthcare transactions across the biotechnology, specialty pharma and generics sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Swati was on the European corporate finance team at GE Capital and the European M&A team at Lehman Brothers. Swati holds a B.C. with joint Honors in Economics and Finance from McGill University.

Jean-Eudes Renier is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the Industrials sector. Jean-Eudes has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience advising Industrials clients, including those in the autos, automotive technology, steel and mining, building products, paper and packaging and capital goods sectors. He has advised both public and private companies on a broad range of transactions throughout the corporate lifecycle, including mergers and acquisitions, equity issues and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jean-Eudes led the Global Industrial Investment Banking business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for many years and most recently served as Chairman of the unit. Before that, he focused on the basic materials sector at Morgan Stanley and at Lazard in Paris and London. Jean-Eudes holds a MSc. in International Finance from Sciences Po in Paris and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
