Mark Laoun is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising private equity clients. Mark has over 20 years of investment banking and asset management experience and has advised private equity clients on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including M&A, capital markets and restructuring transactions across multiple industry verticals.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark worked in the Global Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley and in the Global Industrials Group at Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
