Ken Viellieu is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the consumer, retail, distribution and leisure sectors. He has over 40 years of investment banking experience, advising clients across multiple sectors on a broad range of advisory services including strategic mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings, and capital market transactions.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Ken was Head of Midwest Investment Banking at Bear Stearns and previously Head of the Chicago office for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ken holds a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an M.B.A. from the Booth School at the University of Chicago. Ken serves as a board member for the Big Shoulders Fund in Chicago and a director for the Lurie Children’s Foundation. Ken also serves as a member of the Dean’s Council at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
