Caroline Silver is an Advisory Partner at Moelis & Company where she specializes in global financial institutions advisory and capital raising in the U.K. and across Europe. Caroline has been in the investment banking industry for over 30 years, with extensive experience advising clients in the exchange and market infrastructure vertical as well as regulators.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Caroline was Vice Chairman of EMEA Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, she was Global Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in addition to a number of senior positions including European Head of Financial Institutions and Head of Restructuring. Prior to that Caroline worked at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.

For the past 15 years, Caroline has been included in the FN100, an annual list by Financial News that highlights the top 100 influential women in finance across Europe. Caroline serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of Tesco plc, BUPA and Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at PZ Cussons PLC, is an International Advisory Board member at Adobe, Inc and is a member of the Foundation of the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Caroline started her career as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a B.A. in English with Spanish from Durham University.
