Anuj Mathur is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides financial and strategic advice to Consumer Internet and Front-Office Software companies. Within the sector, he focuses on companies in verticals including marketing software, advertising technology, marketplaces, commerce enablement, digital publishing and SMB Internet.
Anuj has over 20 years of investment banking experience working with high-growth public and private companies across M&A and capital markets. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he was Co-Head of Internet and Digital Media at Barclays. Anuj was previously a senior member of the Technology Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank and was an equity investor at Palo Alto Investors, LLC earlier in his career.
Anuj holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
