Antje Gaensler is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she specializes in Capital Structure Advisory transactions with a focus on German-speaking regions.
She has extensive experience in capital structure and restructuring mandates advising debtors, creditors and shareholders.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Antje worked at Lazard where she advised clients across EMEA on capital structure and restructuring situations. Prior to that, she worked at Gleacher Shacklock LLP focusing on complex restructurings and she previously worked on financial turnarounds of portfolio companies at a European family office. Antje started her career as a structured finance attorney at Linklaters LLP.
Antje holds an MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann) and a Law degree from The University of Würzburg in Germany. She is admitted to the bar in Germany and the bar of England and Wales.
