Ken Moelis is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moelis & Company, a global independent investment bank that provides innovative strategic advice and solutions to a diverse client base, including corporations, governments and financial sponsors. Mr. Moelis has over 30 years of investment banking experience. Prior to founding Moelis & Company, he worked at UBS from 2001 to 2007, where he was most recently President of UBS Investment Bank and previously Joint Global Head of Investment Banking. Before joining UBS, Mr. Moelis was Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he worked from 1990 through 2000. Mr. Moelis began his career as an investment banker with Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1981.

Mr. Moelis serves on the University of Pennsylvania Board of Trustees, the Wharton Board of Overseers, the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Board of Advisors and was formerly Chair and Director on the Tourette Association of America Board. He holds an undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Glenn Muscosky is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company on the Infrastructure team. Mr. Muscosky has over 20 years of private and public sector experience in transport and energy infrastructure. He was a founding member of the team that established J.P. Morgan’s first infrastructure investment strategy, and has lead project finance experience as a senior member of Credit Agricole’s project finance team. Glenn began his infrastructure career in the public sector at the New York City Transit Authority and the New York City School Construction Authority.

Mr. Muscosky holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.

William Nook is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Nook has over 15 years of investment banking experience and was most recently Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Deutsche Bank in the Americas Financial Institutions Group, focusing on asset management and alternative investment companies. Dominick Petrosino

Dom Petrosino is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Petrosino has extensive capital markets and investment banking experience and was most recently Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets at Bear Stearns. While at Bear Stearns, he managed a leading business focused on providing capital structure solutions, including underwriting, structuring and executing leveraged loans, high yield notes and mezzanine financings. In this role, Mr. Petrosino advised clients across a broad range of industries on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, recapitalizations and other capital structure matters. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Petrosino was a Vice President of High Yield Corporate Finance at Chase Securities and previously a Vice President in Chase’s Global Mining & Metals Group.

Mr. Petrosino holds a B.S. from New York University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College.

Rodney Reid is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company and the Global Head of the Private Funds Advisory group, which provides capital raising, secondary market and other independent advisory services globally. Mr. Reid has over 20 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Reid was a Senior Managing Director in the Private Capital Advisory team at Evercore in New York. Before joining Evercore, he was the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) Head of Secondary Advisory at UBS in London.

Mr. Reid holds a B.B.A from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Mark Renton is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to oil and gas clients. Mr. Renton has more than 30 years of experience primarily advising energy companies, particularly in the upstream and oilfield services sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Renton held a number of senior investment banking roles, most recently as Managing Director of the Energy Group at Lazard Frères & Co and Vice Chairman of the Global Energy Group at Citigroup Global Markets. While with Citigroup Mr. Renton also served as Head of Investment Banking for Asia-Pacific and then as Co-Head of the Public Sector Group, where he oversaw strategic advisory for government and public sector entities globally.

Mr. Renton holds a B.A./M.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Christ Church at Oxford University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alex Rubin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients in the real estate sector. Mr. Rubin has over 25 years of experience advising public and private commercial real estate clients on a wide range of strategic and corporate finance matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions as well as debt, equity and recapitalization transactions. Before joining Moelis & Company in 2009, Mr. Rubin served as a Managing Director in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Department at Citigroup. Previously, Mr. Rubin was Managing Director and Co-Head of European Real Estate Investment Banking at UBS based in London. Mr. Rubin’s career started at Merrill Lynch in New York where he was ultimately promoted to Managing Director in Real Estate Investment Banking.

Mr. Rubin holds a B.A. from Cornell University where he currently serves on the College of Arts & Sciences Advisory Council, the Cornell Real Estate Council and the Cornell Lacrosse Association. Professional affiliations include the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Roundtable.

Jane Sadowsky is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company in the Human Capital Management department. Ms. Sadowsky advises the Firm on talent initiatives, including coaching, training and mentoring, for women and other underrepresented groups. She has 25 years of experience in the finance industry and most recently worked as a leadership coach to C-suite and partner level professional services executives. Ms. Sadowsky has advised a number of professional services firms on talent matters and has developed training and mentoring programs for their employees and women professionals in particular. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ms. Sadowsky was a Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners where she led the firm’s power and utility M&A practice. She also founded Gardener Advisory LLC, which advises public and private companies and governments on electricity and power-related matters.

Ms. Sadowsky holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Columbia University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of two publicly listed global mining companies, Nexa Resources and Yamana Gold.

Anton Sahazizian is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions at Moelis & Company. Mr. Sahazizian has extensive experience advising clients on M&A transactions and was most recently a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Mr. Sahazizian worked at UBS for nearly 10 years, and in his most recent role was the senior banker responsible for the origination and execution of M&A transactions for some of the largest global industrials companies in the chemicals, capital goods, paper, packaging, forest products and energy sectors. He advised on numerous high-profile strategic M&A transactions within the sector and was responsible for related coverage of corporate clients as well as private equity firms. Mr. Sahazizian started his investment banking career in the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was one of the founders of UBS’ Los Angeles office and their Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Previously, he was a securities lawyer in Toronto, Canada, with McMillan Binch and Goodman and Carr.

Mr. Sahazizian holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. He also graduated from Queen’s University Law School in Kingston, Ontario and received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Augusto Sasso is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Frank Sellman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Peijie Shiu is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Andrew Shore is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Shore has over 28 years of investment banking and research experience, most recently as a Managing Director in the Global Consumer Products Group at JP Morgan. While at JP Morgan, Mr. Shore built a leading franchise advising clients in the global household and personal care industries on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and a broad range of financial advisory services. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Mr. Shore was a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank’s Consumer Products and Retail Group and previously the Head of Deutsche Bank’s Global Consumer Products Strategy, which included analysis and portfolio construction of food, beverage, tobacco and household products, personal care and luxury goods stocks. While an equity research analyst, he was a highly ranked member of the Institutional Investor’s All-American Research Team for 17 years. Before Deutsche Bank, Mr. Shore was a Managing Director at both Paine Webber and Prudential Securities and began his career at Shearson Lehman Brothers.

Joe Simon is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Moelis & Company. Mr. Simon has over 25 years of experience as a senior manager of financial controls, operations and strategy and has particular experience with financial services firms, most recently serving as CFO of Financial Security Assurance for seven years. While at Financial Security Assurance, Mr. Simon re-engineered the treasury and accounting areas to enhance the firm’s financial planning and analysis, allocation of capital and transparency of financial reporting. In addition, he led several financing transactions for the firm.

Prior to Financial Security Assurance, Mr. Simon worked at Cantor Fitzgerald where he served as CFO, Global Controller and Global Head of Operations. During his time at Cantor Fitzgerald, he managed a global accounting and operations team and established the firm’s treasury function. Before joining Cantor Fitzgerald in 1993, Mr. Simon was a Principal and Vice President of Fixed Income Product Control at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Simon has also served as CFO of IntraLinks and TENTV.com. He began his career at Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Simon holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from The University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
