Before that, Andrew was a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he advised clients across various industries in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.

Andrew graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.A. and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Steven was Americas Head of Equity-Linked & Hybrid Solutions at Barclays. Before that, he was Co-Head of EMEA Equity Capital Markets after leading EMEA Equity-Linked Origination. He began his career at Lehman Brothers.

Steven holds a B.S.M. in Economics and Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and is a CFA charterholder.
