Moelis Hires Justin Polselli as a Managing Director in Capital Markets

Justin brings over 16 years of experience advising clients on high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and private credit across a broad range of sectors. He most recently led the Middle Market and Direct Lending initiative within the Leveraged Finance Capital Markets team at Jefferies, advising on structuring, pricing, and execution across LBOs, refinancings, and M&A transactions.
