Moelis Expands its Global Business Services Franchise with Appointment of Mark Milano as a Managing Director
London, June 30, 2025Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced that it has appointed Mark Milano as a Managing Director. Based in London, he will provide strategic and financial advice to clients across EMEA with a focus on Business and Industrial Services.
Mark brings over two decades of investment banking experience across M&A and industry coverage, having advised corporate and private equity clients primarily within the Business, Industrial and Technology Services sectors. He joins from HSBC, where he led the firm’s Business Services coverage for EMEA with a focus on high-growth verticals undergoing technological change. Prior to that, Mark spent over a decade at Lehman Brothers and Nomura in London, where he held senior leadership roles in M&A and coverage of Business and Industrial Services. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston.
