Biography

Tom Moxham is a Managing Director and EMEA Head of Infrastructure at Moelis & Company, where he leads the Firm’s infrastructure advisory business across EMEA, with a particular focus on the transport and core plus infrastructure sectors. Tom brings over 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience advising infrastructure funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporate clients on M&A and strategic transactions in the wider infrastructure sector.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Tom was EMEA Head of Infrastructure & Utilities investment banking at Deutsche Bank, where he spent more than 16 years. Tom holds a B.A. with Honours in History from University College London, and is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
