Biography

Matthew Rosedale is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on providing strategic advice to financial sponsors and other financial investors across Europe. Matt brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience and has established deep relationships with leading financial sponsors, advising clients across M&A, capital markets, and private capital solutions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Matt was a Managing Director in the European Financial Sponsors Group at Jefferies. Before that, he spent nearly two decades at J.P. Morgan in London and New York, where he worked in both the M&A and Financial Sponsors Groups. Matt holds a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
