Moelis Appoints Greg Guest as a Managing Director in its Private Capital Advisory Group
New York, September 9, 2026 Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced the appointment of Greg Guest as a Managing Director in New York. Greg joins the Firm’s Private Capital Advisory Group, where he will lead its promoted capital solutions effort advising private fund managers and independent sponsors on raising promoted private capital for pre-identified new platform and add-on opportunities. His addition further expands the Firm’s private capital advisory offering across primary capital raising, promoted co-investments and secondary transactions.
Greg brings more than 25 years of experience working with financial sponsors and private fund managers. He joins Moelis from Capital One, where he advised private equity firms and their portfolio companies as Head of Capital Solutions. Previously, Greg spent more than two decades at KKR and Citigroup, serving as a Managing Director at both firms.
