Biography

Russell Mason is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising companies and creditors on complex restructuring and capital structure matters. Russell has over 20 years of investment banking experience, with deep expertise in restructuring and distressed M&A.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Russell worked in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group, where he advised debtors and creditors across a wide range of industries. Russell holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
