Biography

Gina Jowett is a Managing Director and Global Head of Human Capital Management at Moelis & Company. Gina has more than 20 years of HR experience, having served as a strategic partner to buyside and sellside businesses at financial institutions and law firms across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Gina held several Human Resources leadership roles at UBS across the Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions, where she drove the strategy and implementation of the firm’s human capital agenda for the Banking, Global Investments, and O’Connor businesses. Before that, Gina held HR roles at Corrs Chambers Westgarth Lawyers and Goldman Sachs JBWere.
