Moelis & Company Appoints Chris Raff as a Managing Director in EMEA, Providing Strategic & Financial Advice on Mergers & Acquisitions
Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced that Chris Raff has joined the Firm as a Managing Director. Based in London, Chris will provide strategic and financial advice on mergers and acquisitions to clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as he helps to expand Moelis & Company’s strong franchise across the region.
Chris joins Moelis & Company from Deutsche Bank where he spent 18 years in a variety of roles. He most recently served as Head of UK M&A and worked on a number of high profile public M&A transactions during this time. He previously led the bank’s EMEA financial sponsors M&A efforts.
