Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, will release its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

Navid Mahmoodzadegan, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder, and Chris Callesano, Chief Financial Officer, will also host a related conference call at 5:00pm ET on the same day (February 4, 2026) to review the financial results. Following the review, there will be a question and answer session.

Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced that Timothy Roepke has joined as a Managing Director. Tim will focus on advising clients within the software and services sectors, as the Firm continues to expand its global technology franchise.

Tim brings nearly two decades of experience with deep sector expertise across infrastructure software, cloud services, and broader AI enterprise technologies. He has advised on a wide range of complex and high-profile transactions, including public and private M&A, large-scale strategic sales, and sponsor-backed transactions.

He has joined Moelis from Jefferies and previously held investment banking roles at Credit Suisse and Barclays. Prior to his career in finance, Tim served as an officer in the U.S. Army.
