Moelis & Company Announces the Appointment of Elan Zivotofsky as a Managing Director Providing Financial and Strategic Advice to Technology Clients in Israel
Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced the appointment of Elan Zivotofsky as a Managing Director providing financial and strategic advice to technology clients. Based in Tel Aviv, he will expand Moelis & Company’s presence in Israel, and strengthen the Firm’s technology M&A and private and public company financing capabilities.
Mr. Zivotofsky has more than 20 years of experience raising capital for and investing in Israeli companies. Most recently he served as Managing Director at Ibex Investors, where he led the funds’ growth stage venture investments in Israel. Prior to that, he was a Founding Partner at OurCrowd, a Jerusalem-based investment platform with over $1bn under management built for accredited investors and institutions to invest in startups and venture funds. Prior to that he was Head of Technology investment banking at Lehman Brothers in Israel, and has held roles as a portfolio manager and top-ranked Israeli technology research analyst at Goldman Sachs. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in New York.
