Ping Chen is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients across traditional industries and high-growth industries of technology, media and healthcare.  Ping has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising clients on public takeover, auction, equity and debt financings, strategic review and restructuring.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ping worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Merrill Lynch Hong Kong and in Financial Institutions Investment Banking team at Citi London. He started his investment banking career in the Equity Capital Market of Morgan Stanley London.

Ping obtained MEng and BEng, top of 1st Class, in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London and MEng in Financial Engineering from The University of Cambridge.
