Senior Team

Kartik Sudeep is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises clients in the financial technology and software sectors. He has over 15 years of investment banking experience, having advised fintech, software and technology services clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions in addition to a variety of other corporate finance matters.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Kartik worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Jefferies. He started his career at IBM in the IBM Research and IBM Microelectronics divisions.

Kartik holds a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated as a Kozmetsky Scholar.
