Kara is a Managing Director in Corporate Advisory for MA Moelis Australia. She is leading the continued build out of the firm’s Power, Utilities and Renewables capability. Her experience spans across the full spectrum of energy M&A including strategic advisory. Kara has nearly 20 years of experience in investment banking.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, Kara was Managing Director and Head of Renewables and Energy Transition at RBC Capital Markets Australia. Prior to that, she worked at Wells Fargo as Managing Director and Head of Power, Utilities and Renewables M&A and with RBC Capital Markets M&A team in the US. Kara holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Geology, both earned at UCLA.
