Igor Sokolovsky is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising M&A clients across multiple sectors, with a focus on healthcare. Igor has over 20 years of advisory experience, and has advised on over $150 billion of transactions, including more than 15 transactions valued greater than $1 billion. Igor’s extensive transaction expertise spans a broad range of corporate matters including divestitures, corporate carve outs, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts, activist defense, de-SPAC and capital raising for public and private companies.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Igor was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners. He previously held roles at Citi, J.P. Morgan and Lehman Brothers and started his investment banking career at UBS Investment Bank.

Igor received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
