Ankush Gupta is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients on M&A and capital markets transactions in the software sector. Ankush has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry, with broad expertise and understanding of the software sector including areas such as cybersecurity, infrastructure software, data analytics and various application stacks. Ankush has executed M&A transactions globally across the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, China and India.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ankush worked as a Software Engineer and a Product Manager. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Panjab University, India and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
