Steve Bloom
Senior Vice President

Steve Bloom is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Bloom has almost 13 years of investment banking experience, most recently as an investment banker at Bear Stearns, where he co-lead the firm's coverage of the food, drug and convenience store retailing and distribution industries. During his time at Bear Stearns, Mr. Bloom executed on a broad range of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance transactions and equity offerings. Mr. Bloom was previously an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he gained broad transaction experience across the retail, media and telecom, automotive and industrial industries.

Mr. Bloom graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in Economics.

Todd Bomberg
Senior Vice President

Todd Bomberg is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Bomberg has over 15 years of transaction experience. Most recently, Mr. Bomberg was Chief Investment Officer of M.A.G. Capital, LLC, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm focused on making growth equity investments in small-cap public companies. Prior to joining M.A.G. Capital, he spent eight years in the investment banking industry, most recently as an Executive Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Bomberg began his investment banking career as an Associate at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Bomberg has executed over 50 M&A, equity and leveraged finance transactions as an investment banker and hedge fund manager across a broad range of industries, including industrials, chemicals, manufacturing, energy and renewable energy, consumer products, real estate and technology. Prior to his experience in the investment banking industry, Mr. Bomberg advised clients as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Bomberg holds a B.A. in History from Carleton College and graduated Order of the Coif from The University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Timothy W. Dahms
Senior Vice President

Tim Dahms is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Dahms has over 10 years of investment banking experience, most recently as a Vice President at Bear Stearns, where he executed numerous M&A, equity and leveraged finance finance transactions in the retail and apparel sector. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Dahms worked at Citigroup in the Consumer Group and focused on retail and apparel. Prior to this, Mr. Dahms worked at Deutsche Banc Alex Brown in the Consumer Group.

Mr. Dahms holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.

Anthony Guagliano
Senior Vice President

Anthony Guagliano is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Guagliano has been in the investment banking industry for over nine years, most recently as a Director in the UBS Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Guagliano has led the execution of a wide variety of M&A and leveraged finance transactions with a specific expertise in advising companies in the middle market. While at UBS, Mr. Guagliano developed deep relationships with a number of private equity firms as well as various corporate management teams. Mr. Guagliano was previously an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and then served as the Director of Finance at Nomadix, Inc.

Mr. Guagliano has been instrumental in the recruitment and training of talent throughout his career. He holds a B.A., Honours Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Andrew Haber
Senior Vice President

Andrew Haber is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Haber has over 10 years of investment banking experience, most recently at Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for M&A coverage and execution within the Telecom/Media/Technology sectors. During his tenure at Bear Stearns, he advised clients on a wide variety of M&A transactions, including domestic and international acquisitions (public and private), spin-offs/split-offs, leveraged buyouts, exclusive sales, joint ventures and highly contested transactions with an aggregate value of approximately $100 billion. Prior to receiving his M.B.A., Mr. Haber spent three years with Booz Allen & Hamilton as a Management Consultant, where he advised clients across various industries in the United States, Mexico and Brazil. Mr. Haber also worked with Greenwich Associates in the Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange Group.

Mr. Haber received a B.A. from the University of Michigan cum laude and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Zul Jamal
Senior Vice President

Zul Jamal is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Jamal has eight years of investment banking experience, most recently as a Senior Vice President at Jefferies & Company, where he advised clients on a wide variety of restructuring transactions including chapter 11 bankruptcies, exchange offers, consent solicitations, lender negotiations and distressed financings. Mr. Jamal also spent time in London, where he was responsible for international financial sponsor, restructuring and leveraged finance activities.

Michele Miyakawa

Joel Rathbun

Joel Rathbun is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Rathbun has 10 years of investment banking experience, most recently as an Executive Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at CIBC World Markets, where he executed a wide variety of advisory assignments. While at CIBC World Markets, Mr. Rathbun was crucial in building one of Wall Street’s leading industrial franchises and advised many of the leading steel producers, steel processors, metal service centers and metal recyclers in North America. Mr. Rathbun also has extensive experience providing advice to senior executives in the Healthcare, Technology and Business Services industries. Mr. Rathbun previously worked for an engineering firm on a number of construction projects throughout the world.

Mr. Rathbun holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Sash Rentala
Senior Vice President

Sash Rentala is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Rentala has over 10 years of investment banking experience, most recently as an Executive Director at UBS, where he led teams in originating, analyzing and executing restructuring, distressed M&A and leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Rentala advised clients on a variety of restructuring transactions including exchange offers, consent solicitations, lender negotiations, amendments and distressed financings. During his tenure at UBS, Mr. Rentala focused on the power generation and utilities industries, as well as executed transactions in the technology, chemicals, industrials and metals and mining sectors. Prior to UBS, Mr. Rentala was a Vice President in Investment Banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.

Mr. Rentala received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Augusto Sasso
Senior Vice President

Augusto Sasso is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Sasso has 15 years of diversified investment banking and corporate finance experience. Most recently, Mr. Sasso was the Founder of Preservation Partners Development (“PPD”), a $250 million real estate private equity fund focused on the California market. Prior to founding PPD, Mr. Sasso was a member of the General Industrials Services Group of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Sasso’s expertise in the Aerospace and Defense industry comes from a deep first-hand understanding of the companies, strong personal relationships with industry leaders and years of experience working for several clients. Mr. Sasso has advised and financed many of the largest, most sophisticated Aerospace and Defense companies. Mr. Sasso was previously an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he focused primarily on the retail, consumer products and casino and gaming sectors, and prior to joining Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Mr. Sasso worked in corporate finance and business management for the Raytheon Company and Hughes Electronics.

Mr. Sasso graduated first in his class magna cum laude with an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Sasso is a member of the University of Arizona, Eller School of Business Advisory Board.

Frank Sellman
Senior Vice President

Frank Sellman is a Senior Vice President at Moelis & Company. Mr. Sellman has over 13 years of investment banking experience, most recently as an investment banker in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bear Stearns, and prior to this as the Head of the Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Sellman advised private equity and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and leveraged finance transactions in a variety of industries. Mr. Sellman was previously at Harlingwood Equity Partners and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.

Christopher Stehling
Head of Finance and Accounting

Chris Stehling is the Head of Finance and Accounting at Moelis & Company. Mr. Stehling has 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, with eight of those years in the financial services industry. Most recently Mr. Stehling was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs with responsibility for divisional management reporting of the Fixed Income and Equity divisions. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was a Director at UBS and served as Deputy Controller of the Investment Banking Department in the Americas. Mr. Stehling began his career at Deloitte & Touche in the audit division, where he obtained his C.P.A. license.

Mr. Stehling graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from New Jersey City University.

Andrew Thomson
Executive Director

Andrew Thomson is an Executive Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Thomson has been in the M&A industry for over eight years, most recently as an Executive Director in the European M&A Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Thomson has led the execution of a wide variety of M&A, defense, leveraged buyout and divestiture transactions for both public and private clients across a wide variety of industries and European jurisdictions. Mr. Thomson was previously an investment banker in the European and UK M&A Groups at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr Thomson also gained a valuable experience on the principal side as a Director of Corporate Development/M&A at Masco Corporation, a NYSE-listed industrial group with $12 billion in revenues.

Mr. Thomson has a dual Franco-Britannic nationality and background. He received a postgraduate Masters in Finance from the Paris Dauphine University and a Masters in Business & Finance from the Lincoln International Business School.
