Navid Mahmoodzadegan

Navid Mahmoodzadegan is a Co-Founder and Co-President at Moelis & Company. Navid has been instrumental in building the Firm’s Media and Communications franchise, which has become a global advisory leader having advised on over 200 transactions across the industry. Navid has almost 30 years of investment banking experience.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Navid was Global Head of Media Investment Banking and a member of Americas Investment Banking Executive Committee at UBS Investment Bank. Navid was previously an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and began his career as an attorney at Irell & Manella. Navid has been recognized in Variety’s 500, an annual list of the 500 most influential leaders shaping the entertainment industry.
Navid holds an A.B. with Highest Distinction from the University of Michigan (Phi Beta Kappa) and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude. He currently serves on the Taft School Board of Trustees, with previous service as Board Chair for the Carlthorp School Board of Trustees and the National Board of Directors of JumpStart.

Neel Malviya is a Managing Director and serves as General Counsel for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and APAC (Asia- Pacific) as well as Chief Operating Officer for Europe at Moelis & Company. Neel has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer in both private practice and the financial services industry. Neel’s responsibilities at the firm include working closely with our senior leadership to help drive the strategy and profitability of our European business as well as providing senior leadership to our businesses across EMEA and APAC.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2010, Neel was head of the EMEA Investment Banking legal team at UBS Investment Bank and also worked at Linklaters in London and Stockholm. Neel holds an L.L.B. from the University of Leeds and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. He is a Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.

Paul has over 15 years of investment banking experience, providing strategic M&A and capital raising advisory services to a variety of financial institutions, including specialty finance companies, insurance companies and mortgage originators and servicers.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Paul worked in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank. Paul holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Melissa Mariaschin is a Managing Director and Head of Distribution for Moelis & Company’s Capital Markets Group. Melissa has extensive syndicate experience and transactional expertise across PIPES, registered directs, converts, SPACs and other equity capital raises.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Melissa was a Managing Director at Barclays on its equity syndicate desk. She began her investment banking career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Melissa holds a B.S. in Finance from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Andrew Martin is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia and the Head of Moelis Australia Asset Management. He has over 30 years’ experience in global investment as a principal investor and adviser across a range of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, private equity and energy.
Prior to joining Moelis Australia, Andrew was a Managing Director at UBS Global Asset Management in Infrastructure and Private Equity.
Prior to that Andrew was a principal of an asset management firm which founded several real estate funds in the US, Australia and Asia.

Anuj Mathur is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he provides financial and strategic advice to internet and digital media companies. Within the sector, he focuses on companies in verticals including ecommerce & marketplaces, digital media & content, marketing & advertising technologies, SMB Internet & SaaS and consumer fintech. Anuj has nearly 15 years of investment banking experience working with high-growth public and private companies in the internet and digital media sector.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Anuj was a Managing Director covering global internet and digital media at Barclays. Before that, he advised clients on M&A transactions and led execution of equity and debt offerings for companies across the internet and digital media sector at Deutsche Bank.
Anuj holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley

Apurva Mazumder is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Apurva worked in the Industrials and Infrastructure Investment Banking Group at JP Morgan India. Prior to JP Morgan, He previously worked at ICICI Securities and was on the business development team for Asia Pacific at Cemex. He began his investment banking career in the Corporate Finance Group at Arthur Andersen.
Apurva holds a B.Sc. from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Mike McKeever is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising private equity clients. He has extensive investment banking experience, having advised private equity clients, family offices and sovereign wealth funds on a variety of corporate finance matters, including M&A, capital markets and hedging & derivatives transactions across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mike worked at Morgan Stanley in the Global Financial Sponsors Group in the Investment Banking division and in Private Credit Solutions within Global Capital Markets. Before that, he was a Finance & Performance Management consultant at Accenture.
Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia in addition to earning a CFA charter.

Rob has over 20 years of investment expertise spanning leveraged finance and asset management with deep experience in restructuring, complex capital structures, and portfolio management. He has an extensive network of advisors in alternative asset management, sell-side, buy-side, capital markets, consulting, restructuring, and legal communities.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rob served as the Head of Trading and Sourcing at Venor Capital Management. He began his career as a credit analyst at Shenkman Capital Management. Rob holds a B.A. in Finance from The College of New Jersey.

Ken Moelis is the Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Moelis & Company. Ken has over 40 years of experience both as an investment banker and an executive, having served in various significant leadership roles where he has been responsible for the innovation and growth of franchises across the industry.
Prior to founding Moelis & Company, Ken was President of UBS Investment Bank and previously, Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ken began his investment banking career at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Ken holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Business Council, Business Roundtable and the WSJ CEO Council and currently serves on the Wharton Board of Advisors and the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Board of Advisors. He was formerly Board Chair and Director of the Tourette Association of America and served on the Board of Trustees at the University of Pennsylvania for 10 years.

John has advised and financed many of the largest, most sophisticated media clients across the diversified media, blockchain technology, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, digital media, video games, entertainment, publishing, and outdoor advertising sectors, and has worked extensively with leading financial sponsors.
Prior to Moelis & Company, John was a Managing Director in the Global Media Group and Head of Broadcasting Investment Banking at UBS Investment Bank. Previously, John worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and served as Chief Financial Officer The .TV Corporation. John was named one of “40 Under 40” in Investment Dealers’ Digest. He has also been recognized in the “Power 100” list by Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News and was named one of the top 50 M&A bankers in the Americas by the Global M&A Network.
John holds an A.B. in Quantitative Economics and a M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. and J.D., both with honors, from the University of Chicago. John serves on the Board of Trustees at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute and the board of Village for Vets, a non-profit that supports homeless Veterans. He is also a member of the LEAD Council and the Southern California Advisors for Stanford University and serves on the Law School Council for the University of Chicago.

Christopher Montgomery is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the technology sector with a focus on enterprise software. Chris has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has advised application, infrastructure and communications software clients on M&A, debt financing and equity capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Chris was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities and previously a Managing Director at UBS. Prior to that, Chris worked at Jefferies Broadview in New York and Silicon Valley. He started his career at Intel Corporation.

Rachel Murray is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she specializes in Capital Structure Advisory for companies, sponsors, and creditors across a wide range of industries. She has extensive experience in in-court and out-of-court recapitalization and restructuring transactions with a specialized focus on Chapter 11 reorganizations, exchange offers, consent solicitations and distressed financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rachel worked in the financial services practice at Deloitte. She holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Accounting from the Leventhal School at the University of Southern California and an A.B. in Government from Harvard.

Glenn Muscosky is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company on the Infrastructure team. He has over 20 years of private and public sector experience in transport and energy infrastructure.
Prior to Moelis& Company, Glenn was a founding member of the team that established J.P. Morgan’s first infrastructure investment strategy and lead project finance experience as a senior member of Credit Agricole’s project finance team. Glenn began his career at the New York City Transit Authority and the New York City School Construction Authority.
Glenn holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
