Before joining Jefferies, he ran the New York office for Chanin and Company, a boutique investment banking firm specialized in providing restructuring advice. Mr. Carlston has extensive experience advising companies, equity sponsors, bondholders and creditor groups in out-of-court restructurings as well as pre-packaged, pre-arranged and unplanned Chapter 11 reorganizations. Prior to this, Ms. Crain was both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the UBS Investment Banking Department Americas franchise, where she played a critical role in the build-out of both the Global and Americas IBD platforms. Before joining UBS, Ms. Crain was a principal at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and an investment banker at Merrill Lynch. In 2011 and 2012, Ms. Crain was named one of the "25 Most Powerful Women in Finance" by American Banker Magazine. Ms. Crain was also selected as a David Rockefeller Fellow for 2012-13.

Mr. Sasso has extensive diversified investment banking and real estate experience with Moelis & Company, Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Preservation Partners Development mainly focused on the Real Estate and Lodging, Gaming and Leisure industries. Previously, Mr. Sasso held various corporate finance and business development positions with Raytheon Company and Hughes Electronics. Mr. Sasso joined Moelis & Company in July 2007 and has advised on a broad range of restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture partnerships and equity and debt financings and was honored as Investment Dealers' Digest's 2009 "40 Under 40."
