Andrew Horrocks to Join Moelis & Company as a Managing Director

New York, September 16, 2009: Moelis & Company announced today that Andrew W. Horrocks will join the firm as a Managing Director, focusing on coverage of capital goods and transportation companies. Mr. Horrocks has over 17 years of investment banking experience and was most recently a Managing Director and Americas Head of Capital Goods and Transportation at UBS Investment Bank. He will join the firm in October and will be based at Moelis & Company's headquarters in New York.
At UBS Mr. Horrocks led a team of over 25 bankers and advised companies and governments in connection with cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and other strategic matters. In addition, he advised clients on a wide variety of transactions including equity and debt offerings, syndicated financings, debt exchanges and structured financings. Prior to UBS he worked at Bankers Trust Company, advising clients across a wide range of sectors. He was also an Acting Professor at Cornell University's School of Operations Research and Industrial Engineering.
