Moelis Capital Partners (“MCP”) is a middle market private equity firm founded in 2007 in connection with the formation of Moelis & Company, a global investment bank. We manage $800 million of committed private equity capital and target growth equity and control buyouts requiring equity investments of $20 to $60 million. MCP's investment professionals possess decades of private equity experience and collectively have invested in 150 companies while serving on 50 boards. MCP is a thematic, growth-oriented investor and specializes in the healthcare services, business & industrial services and consumer industries. In addition to our extensive resources and network of relationships, we are able to leverage the entire Moelis & Company organization which provides a differentiated platform to successfully identify and evaluate investment opportunities and add measurable value to our portfolio companies.
