Managing Partner 
​Kurt Larsen is a Managing Partner of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses primarily on the industrial, consumer/retail and media sectors. Mr. Larsen has been in the private equity industry for over 21 years during which time he has invested across a wide spectrum of industries and throughout the capital structure. Over the years, Mr. Larsen has invested through a variety of economic cycles and has adjusted his investment strategy to adapt to these differing environments, including employing a "buy and build" strategy during the 1990s and a more industry targeted approach in recent years.
 
Mr. Larsen was most recently a Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. where he focused on middle market private equity and subordinated debt investments. He played an integral role in all aspects of the investment process and actively worked with management teams and boards to deliver value creation.
 
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2003, Mr. Larsen founded and was the managing partner of his own private equity firm. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Larsen was a Principal at Aurora Capital Group, a middle market private equity firm. Before joining Aurora Capital, Mr. Larsen worked as an Associate at WSGP Partners, a private equity firm founded by William E. Simon and Gerald L. Parsky. Mr. Larsen began his career as an Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert and attended the University of Utah. He currently serves on the board of directors of CyberCore Technologies, Hawthorne Global Aviation Services, Quest Specialty Chemicals, RecoverCare, LLC and Uintah Engineering & Land Surveying. ​​

Managing Partner 
Ted Yun is a Managing Partner of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the healthcare, consumer/retail and business services sectors. Mr. Yun has 20 years of investment experience and expertise in building and managing private equity firms and has served on the boards of directors of 15 former portfolio companies.
 
Mr. Yun spent 11 years at J.W. Childs, where he was a Partner and Chairman of the Investment Committee. After his time at J.W. Childs, he was a founder and Managing Partner of West Hill Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle market growth company buyouts. Previously, Mr. Yun worked at DLJ Merchant Banking, The Blackstone Group and Drexel Burnham Lambert.
 
Mr. Yun received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A.S. with a concentration in Computer Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania and received an M.B.A. from Stanford University. He currently serves on the board of directors of WIN Holdings, Inc. and Napa Management Services Corp.

Partner 
Stephan Oppenheimer is a Partner of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the business services and media sectors. Mr. Oppenheimer has 13 years of investment experience, having invested in numerous large and middle market leveraged buyouts and growth equity transactions across a broad range of industries in the U.S. and internationally, and has served on the boards of directors of nine former portfolio companies.
 
Mr. Oppenheimer spent 10 years at CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC and its predecessor organizations, JPMorgan Partners and Chase Capital Partners, where he most recently focused on transactions in the services, media and telecom and industrial sectors. Previously, Mr. Oppenheimer worked as an investment banker in the Acquisition Finance Group of Chase Securities, Inc. and as a systems consultant with American Management Systems, Inc. and System Planning Corporation.
 
Mr. Oppenheimer received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from The Darden School at the University of Virginia. He currently serves on the board of directors of CyberCore Technologies and MidCap Financial, LLC.​

Greg Share is a Partner of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the financial services and telecom sectors. Mr. Share has 13 years of private equity investment experience in the United States and Europe having made a number of growth equity, leveraged buyout and restructuring investments.
 
Mr. Share was previously a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group, where he most recently focused on financial services and insurance investments. At Fortress, Mr. Share was involved in all aspects of the private equity investment process including sourcing new opportunities, acquisition structuring and working closely with portfolio company management teams. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Share was a Vice President at Madison Dearborn Partners where he specialized in private equity investing in the media and communications sectors. Mr. Share began his career at Lazard Frères & Company.
 
Mr. Share graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He currently serves on the board of directors of Kinsale Capital Group and Opportunity Bank.​

Doug Corbett is an Operating Partner of Moelis Capital Partners, and is focused on the consumer products industry. Mr. Corbett is a six-sigma trained executive with significant experience growing and optimizing branded businesses in the U.S., Western Europe and Canada.  Mr. Corbett was recently President of InBev USA, a leading importer of specialty beers such as Stella Artois, Beck’s, Bass and Labatt.  Mr. Corbett also worked for PepsiCo’s Pizza Hut division and Procter & Gamble Inc.

Mr. Corbett holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an Executive M.B.A. from Insead and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. ​

Operating Partner 
Barbara Hill is an Operating Partner of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the healthcare sector. Ms. Hill was most recently the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of ValueOptions, Inc., a behavioral health company serving over 23 million members throughout the country, with over $1 billion in revenue. Ms. Hill previously was President of Express Scripts, Inc. and a senior executive at CIGNA HealthCare, Rush Prudential Health Plans, Aetna Health Plans of the Midwest and The Prudential Insurance Company.
 
Ms. Hill serves on the Board of Directors of St. Jude Medical, a Fortune 500 medical device company, and of Revera, Inc., a Canadian company operating over 200 seniors’ facilities. In the past, she served on the Boards of Express Scripts,Inc. and Rotech Healthcare.
 
Ms. Hill served as a part-time faculty member at Rush University from 1997 to 2002. She was named #52 on Modern Healthcare Magazine’s 2003 list of the 100 Most Powerful People in Health Care. She earned her B.A. and M.S. degrees from The Johns Hopkins University.

Jim Johnston is a Principal of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the industrial, financial services and telecom sectors. Prior to joining Moelis Capital Partners, Mr. Johnston was at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Johnston has extensive experience in mergers and financing across a broad spectrum of industries, including industrial, consumer and technology. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Johnston was a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.
 
Mr. Johnston received a B.S. in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the board of directors of CyberCore Technologies, Hawthorne Global Aviation Services and Quest Specialty Chemicals.

Andy Kieffer is a Principal of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the business services and healthcare sectors. Mr. Kieffer has 14 years of investment banking and investment experience and was most recently in the UBS Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group and previously at Leonard Green & Partners and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Joel Killion is a Principal of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the consumer/retail and industrial sectors. Mr. Killion has over 11 years of private equity investment experience, and has made numerous middle market buyout and growth equity investments. Mr. Killion's experience also includes transactions involving companies in distress, restructuring or special situations.  Mr. Killion was previously with Sun Capital Partners where he worked in both the U.S. and London. Prior to joining Sun Capital, he was with Catterton Partners. He was also an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and Legg Mason early in his career.

Mr. Killion received a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He currently serves on the board of directors of Uintah Engineering & Land Surveying and Kinsale Capital Group and is a board observer for RecoverCare, LLC

Lex Leeming is a Principal of Moelis Capital Partners and leads the business development functionality. Mr. Leeming has ten years of investing, sourcing and capital raising experience and has completed numerous middle market buyouts across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Moelis Capital Partners, Mr. Leeming was a Principal with Park Avenue Equity Partners, a middle market buyout fund. Previously, Mr. Leeming worked in a strategy and marketing capacity at American Express and began his career as an analyst at Global Emerging Markets.
 
Mr. Leeming graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University and holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Vice President and Controller 
Andrew Goldfarb is a Vice President and Controller of Moelis Capital Partners. Mr. Goldfarb has 12 years of experience in finance and accounting in the financial services industry. Most recently Mr. Goldfarb was a Vice President and Fund Group Controller at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. with responsibility for all accounting functions for the institutional private equity funds. Prior to Cerberus, he was an Associate with the Real Estate Fund Controllers at Morgan Stanley and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Services Group.
 
Mr. Goldfarb holds a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
