Deal Sourcing
We source investments through proprietary ideas generated by our substantial network of professional relationships and through unique opportunities generated by our merchant banking team.  Given the extensive network of our Managing Directors, we intend to be at the point of idea inception for a number of opportunities that we expect will provide interesting investments and co-investments for our portfolio.

Experience
Our merchant banking professionals have investment experience across industries, capital structures and economic cycles and are highly qualified to execute on our broad investment mandate.  They have a history of working closely with management teams and boards to drive value creation, and we will employ a similar approach at Moelis Capital Partners.
