Analysts begin the program as generalists and have significant exposure to deal activity across industries in our key business areas. Moelis & Company Analysts are expected to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring intellectual curiosity, motivation and analytical aptitude. Day-to-day responsibilities of an Analyst include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, preparing client presentations and interacting with senior bankers and clients. All new full-time Analysts participate in a rigorous training program that includes extensive accounting, financial modeling and valuation training.
