We believe our Analyst Program offers a unique experience in the financial services industry. Analysts begin the program as generalists and have significant exposure to deal activity across industries in our key business areas. Moelis & Company Analysts are expected to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring intellectual curiosity, motivation and analytical aptitude. Day-to-day responsibilities of an Analyst include: financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, preparing client presentations and interacting with senior bankers and clients. All new full-time Analysts participate in a rigorous five-week training program that includes extensive accounting, financial modeling and valuation training.
Moelis & Company Summer Analysts participate in a 10-week summer internship. All Summer Analysts have educational and social events to help get to know the industry and firm better. Moelis & Company Summer Analysts participate in a one week training program that includes financial modeling and valuation training.
We interview for full-time positions beginning in September. Summer Analyst recruitment begins in November with interviews held in January and February. Please submit your application through our online application.
